Mays has been in the shadow of Charlie Ricks and Quinta Funderburk for the 2009 season. Oscar Smith has become a perennial power and contender for State Championships. The big question mark for OSHS is what they’ll do for a Quarterback in 2010. With the right QB in place, Oscar Smith should continue its winning ways. In that case, Mays will be one of no less than three receivers that will share yardage and touchdowns, plus Running Back JC Coleman will keep defenses honest. Look for Mays to shine in his senior year. He should be a high DI commit with the right program.
