Taitano is part of a young Bayside team that saw a lot of success in 2009. The Marlins advanced to the Division 6 Regional Semifinals before losing a hotly contested game to Woodside. Bayside was projected to be a middle of the pack Beach District team in 2009, but rose far above expectations. Taitano will benefit from the teams’ growth and should leap forward in skill over the next two years.
